COMPANY BACKGROUND

ALL NATIONS PLACEMENT COMPANY, Inc. was formally organized in 21 October, 2005 by a group of businessmen and professionals, who has more than 100 years of cumulative experience in the following industries: agriculture, shipping, trading, marketing, accounting, auditing, management consultancies, medical practice, banking, finance, and general management. It was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on 9 November, 2005 (Company Reg. No. CS200518635) and was given the license to operate by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration on 8 June, 2007 (POEA-106-LB100906-PL).

THE COMPANY, exists for the single purpose of providing excellent professional service to both Foreign Employers of good repute and Filipino Professionals and Workers with the appropriate scholastic accomplishments and work experience. The vision of the owners is to establish a track record and reputation for PROFESSIONALISM, INTEGRITY AND EFFICIENCY.

The following are the KEY MEMBERS of the Board of Directors of All Nations Placement Company, Inc. (ANPCI):

  1. CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD: DANILO G. BERNARDO, JR., a seasoned entrepreneur and businessman, based in Davao City, Philippines, and is engaged in various businesses including a Banana Plantation, Durian, Mangosteen,and Pomelo Farms, shipping, and general merchandising. He is the Founding Chairman of Davao Multi-Maritime and Marketing Corp., which is the General Agent for Del Monte in the shipment of bananas and pineapples from the Philippines to Japan, Korea, and China. He is also the Founder and Chairman of Mindanao Trans-Carriers Corp., the forwarding agent for Eculine Davao, Norasia, and Globelines. Lastly, he is the Chairman of Bersons Enterprises Inc., handling various operations like general merchandising to include fruit produce from his farms, and serves as the umbrella organization that manages the consumer marketing, dormitory, spa and beach resort operations.
  2. BOARD MEMBER: RAMON F. GARCIA is the Founder and Managing Partner of RFG and Company, one of the top Accounting, Auditing and Management Consultancy firms in the Philippines. He is highly respected and acknowledged as an authority in the Certified Public Accountancy Circles. The Association of CPAs in Public Practice (ACPAPP) made him their National President in 2005, after serving in various capacities for several years. He is now the National Chairman, Committee on Professional Development, 2007-2008, of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). He additionally has business interests in Information Technology (IT) and Real Estate companies.
  3. PRESIDENT: VAL JOHN E. PEREZ is a co-founder of All Nations Placements Company, Inc., along with Ma. Therese Christine F. Perez, a retired bank professional; Atty. Mabel Lee, a Lawyer; and Dr. Demy Reyes, a Surgeon at the Asian Hospital. Mr. Perez is a retired banker and finance person, having served top banks in the Philippines, in the areas of Operations, Credit, Treasury, Corporate Banking, Branch Banking, and Private Banking. The banks include the Bank of the Philippine Islands, Citibank/Citytrust Group, and Panasia Bank.
